Due to Federal Health Regulations and the sensitive nature of PureGlamTress products ALL SALES ARE FINAL. 

All of  PureGlamTress human hair products has undergone a vigorous quality assurance process to ensure it is free of any imperfections.

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or materially different please contact us within 3 days of receiving your package. If the unused product received does not meet our brand standards, we will gladly exchange it as long as it is not unraveled and in it's original packaging.
